I must have been trying to put Blaise down for a nap because when I came out, I saw this:

Oh yes. There was chalk on the carpet, the floor, the coffee table, the couch and perhaps a couple toys as well as the lid for my candle.

So I gave him a wet rag and made him clean it all up himself. And then I took away all the chalk.
